Complete drives do not include the upper covers/shroud (the picture of the complete drive is for reference only). The complete drive consists of the upper and lower units as they are pictured separately.
New units are not OEM-boxed. They're either re-boxed OEM or assembled with new parts, depending on availability.
All units are shipped without oil! Be sure to use the proper oil and filling procedure that's recommended in your owner's manual.
Upgrading to the full-mechanical unit also requires replacement of the shift cap & cable, or just the cable with cap modification.
