Please be sure to include your engine model number and shaft length when ordering. Note: All units ship without oil.
Lower units from 1992 on do not come with the upper drive shaft, shift rod or water pump. A used drive shaft, shift rod and a new water pump can be added to your order for $175. The same is true when ordering a new unit for 1991 and older models.
Our prices include shipping in the continental US, including the return of your core for credit. The value of your core is primarily based on the condition of your housing and shafts.

Important Info
Units with a 2-piece drive shaft do not come with an upper drive shaft, shift rod, or water pump. A used drive shaft, shift rod and a new water pump can be added for $175.
Be sure to include your engine model number when ordering or checking availability.
Core value is primarily based on the condition of the drive-shaft, prop-shaft, and housing. You'll receive a shipping label for sending your core in for credit--do not ship a core back without the proper label.
Lower units are shipped without oil! Be sure to use the correct oil and filling technique recommended in your owner's manual.
New gearcases aren't OEM-boxed. They're either re-boxed OEM or assembled with all new parts, depending on availability.
