Note: 1992 and newer units don't come with an upper drive shaft, shift rod or water pump. A used drive shaft, shift rod and a new water pump can be added to your order for $175.

Be sure to include your engine model number and shaft length when ordering or checking availability.
Units with a 2-piece drive shaft (92 & up) do not come with an upper drive shaft, shift rod, or water pump. A used drive shaft, shift rod and a new water pump can be added for $175.
Core value is primarily based on the condition of the drive-shaft, prop-shaft, and housing. You'll receive a shipping label for sending your core in for credit--do not ship a core back without the proper label.
Lower units are shipped without oil! Be sure to use the correct oil and filling technique recommended in your owner's manual.
New gearcases aren't OEM-boxed. They're either re-boxed OEM or assembled with all new parts, depending on availability.
